The Northern Inclusion Consortium is comprised of four leading North East charities; Changing Lives, Groundwork, Humankind and Mental Health Concern, each with a well-established commitment to delivering community-based services for people with complex needs. These founding organisations have built an effective partnership based on shared values, ethics and culture. We believe that third sector organisations in this region and elsewhere have huge potential to play an increasing role in provision.
The Northern Inclusion Consortium are delivering the Step Forward Tees Valley programme which is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund. This funding was due to cease this year, but due to the success of the programme further funding is likely to be secured until June 2022.
Responsible for the strategic management of the Step Forward Tees Valley programme.
Providing management of the partnership management team to ensure the effective running of the service and developing strategic links with key stakeholders in Tees Valley.
You will be solely employed on the Step Forward Tees Valley Programme.
