Tender opportunity – programme evaluation

Edit, 20 March 2018: Please note, this tender has now been awarded.

The NIC is the lead partner of Step Forward Tees Valley, a participant-focused programme working in partnership with 28 locally-based organisations in Tees Valley. The project aims to support 2,500 residents with complex and multiple needs to achieve real change in their lives, by progressing towards or into work.

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to provide an independent and objective assessment of the programme’s performance and impact. As well as giving us access to specialist research and evaluation skills, this will also provide independent and credible feedback on performance, effectiveness, and impact, highlighting additional learning and opportunities for improvement.
